Description
- We looking for a pharmacy sales assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience who will join the drugstore.ng customer service team.
- Please apply if you are passionate about health and wellbeing and Love delivering exceptional Patient care. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll support the Pharmacy team to deliver great service to customers in our fast-paced working environment.
- Remote options available on select days
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Pharmacy team by improving counter and digital sales and stock replenishment
- Manage incoming phone calls and chats
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Present a professional image. Build relationships, communicate openly, educate customers, manage customer needs and proactively work with other departments
- Delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectations
- Works with management to resolve customer complaints
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- HND /B.Sc
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmacy sales assistant/customer service
- IT savvy
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self confidence
