Our client in the Laundry Sector needs an Experienced and Smart Supervisor to coordinate all its business operations and ensure the company run smoothly to meet its esteeming customers’ need.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and ensures all business operations run smoothly.
• Coordinates activities of workers involved in receiving, correct marking, washing and ironing clothes.
• Record sales and report
• Record and report inventory(consumable)
• Record and report damages(numbers and items) made and by who
• Provide quick and efficient customer service supervision to meet clients satisfaction and resolve customers complaint promptly.
• Observes the operation of machines and equipment to detect possible malfunctions and refer for maintenance where applicable
• Carefully examine finished laundered clothes to ensure conformance to standards.
• Ensures all items are thoroughly cleaned and ready for delivery promptly.
• Ensures that the laundry area is clean and safe

Requirements

• Two years experience in a similar role, preferably a laundry house.
• Good customer service relations
• Must be able to pay attention to details
• Ability to work long hours
• A Good Leader
• Energetic
• Must be good at conflict resolution

Qualification

First Degree, HND in any course.
