A leading company providing technical support services in the telecoms industry requires the services of a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Develop and organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide sustainable employee welfare support services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs that creates an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualification & Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources Management.
- 5 – 8 years related job experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and people relations skills.
