VACANCY: Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
We are a real estate development company and we are hiring a young and vibrant LADY as a Customer Service Representative to manage our customer queries and complaints.
You will also be asked to process client requests, modifications, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, other queries and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
