Job Description / Responsibilities
- Front Desk Officers is responsible for guiding guests
- Maintaining security [Protocols],
- Welcoming guests, Issuing visitor badges,
- Taking phone calls,
- Sorting correspondence,
- Answering client inquiries,
- Ordering office supplies,
- Maintaining the reception area clean and organized,
- Receiving shipments,
- Updating records and files,
- Maintaining schedules,
- Making travel arrangements.
Requirements
- OND qualification.
- 2 – 4 years Experience.
