    Job Requirements

    • Applicants must be a NCE/OND certificate holder
    • Applicant must be computer literate ( Micosoft word, Excel and powerpoint)
    • Residing close to the school location is an additional advantage


    • Provides excellent customer service for all customer needs and purchases.
    • Responsible for the ordering of textbooks.
    • Maintains current information on publisher/wholesalers addresses and policies.
    • Completes necessary price revisions on current textbook inventory.
    • Works as a supporting staff for the central department of the school.
    • Coordinates the processes associated with the receipt of incoming textbooks.
    • Coordinates the processing of invoices for textbook orders received.
    • Coordinates the processes associated with the return of excess textbook inventory to include monitoring receipt of credit memos.
    • Assists with maintaining the current list of textbooks used on campus.
    • Helps to monitor new editions of current textbook inventory.
    • Perform other duties as may be required by the management.

    Job Reponsibilities

    • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
    • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
    • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
    •  Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
    • ·Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
    • ·Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
    • ·Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
    •  Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
    • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems               for records, correspondence, and other material.
    • Take dictation in shorthand or by machine, and transcribe information.
    • ·Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
    • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
    •  Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
    • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
    • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
